※Please read the following information carefully and check the attached file.

1) To graduate, enrolled students should study for at least eight full-time semesters (international students - within 6 years).

※ Partially registered semesters are excluded from the regular eight semesters.

7th-8th semester students who are on leave of absence for the semester are not eligible for graduation and cannot graduate immediately after the semester they resume enrollment. (Students on leave of absence cannot graduate immediately after taking seasonal semesters.)

2) Students can graduate if they have earned more than 130 credits and have taken all required courses and submitted an English language proficiency certificate.

- Graduation evaluation is not processed electronically but is done manually by checking each student's transcript course by course. To ensure the fulfilment of graduation requirements on time, please do cross-check of courses yourself. If you have differences, contact the SGCS office.

Graduating on time is a student's responsibility. Students must ensure they fulfill graduation requirements. If a student does not graduate on time, it is the student's fault.

- How to do cross-checking 

1) Prepare a reference transcript that can be checked in the portal - [학사행정/Academic Administration] - [성적/Academic results]  - [성적및석차확인/Check Personal Grades and Ranks]

※ Please do not check the current status of acquired credits.

※ A reference transcript is in Korean, the checklist is in both Korean and English, so you can easily do cross-checking.

2) Download a checklist by student number(enrollment year) attached to this announcement 

3) Check with your reference transcript to see if you have met all the graduation requirements according to the enrollment year

※ Students enrolled before 2021 please contact the SGCS office for course mapping.

Inquiries to the SGCS office:

When sending an email, please include a subject, greeting, student ID number, the content of your inquiry, and a closing remark formally and politely. This will foster efficient communication.

SGCS office will not answer meaningless emails (simply reconfirming the results) sent without cross-checking.

Ex. Can I graduate? Do I have 5 left? etc.

We will contact you within 1-3 days. If you do not receive a reply, please, send a kind reminder.

-졸업 여건은 정규학기 8차 등록하여야 하며, 부분 등록학기는 정규학기(8차)에서 제외됩니다.

-졸업취득학점 기준은 130학점이며, 필수과목(교필, 전필)을 모두 이수하고, 학과 기준에 해당하는 영어졸업인증 점수 및 한국어졸업인증을 취득하여 제출해야 졸업이 가능합니다.

※ (2021학년도 이전/이후 입학 기준에 따라 졸업사정 확인 필요!)
